Advancing Water Pollution Control: Count on Us!

Recently, China National Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNASEC), a subsidiary of China Perfect Machinery Industry Corp., Ltd. and a trustee enterprise of SUMEC Group Corporation (SUMEC), has won the bid for a construction project of a multi-level water pollution prevention and control system at the Jinhua Health Biotechnology Industrial Park in Zhejiang, aimed at responding to sudden water pollution incidents.

The project is located in the Jinhua Health Biotechnology Industrial Park. In compliance with the multi-level emergency response system requirements for sudden water pollution incidents in chemical parks of Zhejiang Province, CNASEC has taken an active role in constructing a comprehensive water pollutant prevention and control system within the park. CNASEC is responsible for implementing tasks including enterprise-class multi-level prevention and control online monitoring and service integration, development of an intelligent control platform, and procurement of related equipment for the Jinxi Health Biotechnology Industrial Park.

Throughout the project execution, CNASEC utilized its professional edge in chemical engineering design, establishing a MSDS database and integrating AI algorithms, edge computing, and IoT technologies. These advanced approaches facilitate the simulation of pollutant diffusion in water bodies, water quantity and spill analysis, aiding in the creation of an extensive multi-level system for preventing and controlling water pollution incidents at the enterprise, inter-enterprise, park, and watershed levels. This significantly improves the park's emergency preparedness and response capability to sudden water pollution incidents, thereby protecting the ecological safety line.
