The annual production of aluminum alloy car wheels reached up to 1.2 million pieces. Producing a wheel hub involves over ten processes, including melting, die-casting, heat treatment, machining, etc. In traditional manufacturing, these processes require a large amount of manual operation, and the production efficiency gradually failed to meet the development requirements of Wuxi DICASTAL. Therefore, introducing advanced equipment and production lines from overseas became the top priority for Wuxi DICASTAL. This is the challenge they faced in terms of transforming their manufacturing process.
